Promoting responsible disposal of PET plastics and concurrently the habit of recycling, Coca-Cola Beverages Sri Lanka Ltd. (CCBSL) recently handed over  Give Back Life’ collection bins to the Trincomalee Eastern Command Naval Base during the Sri Lanka Navy’s programme to declare the dockyard as a “green and blue domain”. Coca-Cola is making headway in the recovery of PET plastic across Sri Lanka through such dynamic partnerships by locating its customized Coca-Cola ‘Give Back Life’ collection bins at strategic locations to inculcate the practice of the recovery and recycling of PET plastic bottles which can be turned into useful products such as brooms, brushes and yarn by Eco Spindles Pvt.
