CIC art competition
CIC House was filled with smiles and laughter when CIC celebtrated Children’s Day on the 14th of October 2016. An art competition was heldengaging employees’ families as a part of the event. A total number of 30 children took part in this art competition within the age group 3 to 16 years. The age groups were catergorized into four and each group had a colourful theme which they could relate to. The age group within 3-5 years were given the theme ‘My favourite food’, 6-8 years were given a theme ‘My favourite food with my family’ and the age group 9-12 and 13-16 years were given a theme ‘Nutrition for my heathly growth’ and ‘Nutritiousfood for my healthy family’ respectively.
The winners of the art competition were presented gifts by Samantha Ranatunga – Managing Director/CEO, CIC and the art competition was judged by, Chathuranga Gamage and Malaka Samith from Leo Burnett. The picturesque event was sponsored by CIAL, Johnson and Johnson and Fresheez- which are all brands within the CIC Group.
