HUTCH Champion’s Challenge 2015 recognizes top performers
HUTCH, Sri Lanka’s fastest growing 3G network, recognized the company’s top sales performers at the “HUTCH Champion’s Challenge 2015” award ceremony held recently.
The company’s sales, especially in 3G data, has shown significant upward trends in the recent past, driven by a dynamic sales force who have portrayed professionalism and service excellence at the field level across the island.
The concluded, HUTCH Champion’s Challenge 2015 award ceremony’s main objective was to recognize and reward these top sales achievers for their outstanding performances in the first and second quarters of the financial year and motivate them to continue their excellent performance into the full year.
The event witnessed a large gathering of over 400 HUTCH employees and sales partners from across the country at one location. The event also focussed on communicating future plans and new Hutch initiatives to the sales personnel as well as interacting with them about their views on the opportunities and challenges present in the marketplace.
Commenting on the team’s effort so far this year, Thirukumar Nadarasa, Chief Executive Officer – HUTCH stated, “Despite the intense competitive environment, HUTCH has risen to be a challenging player in the mobile telecommunications industry in Sri Lanka especially when it comes to 3G data. Whilst I am thankful to our entire HUTCH sales team for this wonderful achievement, I must specially mention the sales staff who have performed exceptionally well in reaching out to new 3G customers and making sure that our existing 3G customers are satisfied with the company’s wide range of products and services at all times”.
