Creative Solutions flagship product “ LayUp” goes global with Enterprise Learning
Over the past year, Creative eLearning, a subsidiary of Creative Solutions, has worked to improve education online through its flagship product LayUp – a cloud-based eLearning platform and social collaboration tool built for enterprise.
Their unique approach of combining eLearning with concepts such as game dynamics and social collaboration has greatly benefited the Sri Lankan market, enabling the company to grow to over 15,000 users in less than a year. LayUpnow empowers industry giants such as Hatton National Bank, MAS and the ExpoLanka group to run training more effectively, at a lower cost.
In January, LayUp welcomed Pagero -the fastest growing e-ordering and e-invoicing solutions provider in Northern Europe- as its first international customer. Headquartered in Sweden, Pagero has over 15,000 customers in 50 countries worldwide.
This January, Pagero visited the Creative eLearning development centre and shared their experience using the platform.
“The feedback we are getting on LayUp from our employees is fantastic!” said Pagero’s MENA Managing Director, Julius Nilsson. “It is actually much more than an eLearning platform to us. Because we have offices all over the world, it is difficult to keep all teams and employees connected and on the same page. To overcome this, we started using LayUp as our internal communication and collaboration platform, so we can disseminate news and updates within the organization more effectively. It is great for encouraging dialog and learning among our geographically disbursed staff. We are now considering using it as a tool to engage with our customers as well.”
Nilsson praised the platform’s ability to engage employees in online training sessions, as well as stimulate communication across divisions.
The Chief Architect of LayUp, SheranCorera, designed the platform using concepts like social collaboration and game dynamics to empower a modern age workforce to learn on the go.
“We believe that to truly make education useful, it needs to be fun, easy and engaging” said Corera. “With LayUp, we hope not just to revolutionize enterprise training, but fundamentally change the way education happens online.”
