LAMUDI-AVIC REAL ESTATE EXPO 2016 IS OPENING ITS DOORS
On the 7th and 8th of May, Sri Lanka’s first Real Estate Expo is taking place
The Real Estate market in Sri Lanka has been booming since the early days, making it one of the most established places for investment opportunities today. Lamudi, together with AVIC, is hosting the country’s first ever Real Estate Expo, welcoming high calibre guests. The event will take place at the Sri Lanka Exhibition and Convention Centre on the weekend of the 7th and 8th of May 2016 from 9am onwards.
The Real Estate Expo’s Vision
The main aim of hosting an Expo like this is to open doors for the public, real estate agents, and developers, helping them to make the most of opportunities in real estate. The Expo will attract both local and international investors, including expatriate Sri Lankans looking to return to the country. Lamudi has partnered with top developers such as AVIC and ICC, offering them the opportunity to showcase upcoming projects, ongoing projects and past developments that have made an impact on the
local real estate market.
What will visitors gain from visiting the Expo?
This Expo has something for everyone. Not only does it concentrate on unveiling luxury buildings and apartments, but it is also a hub for those looking to purchase property, or even rent out property. Sketch out the vision you have of your dream house on a piece of paper before coming to the Expo, and you’ll be able to show our top developers. They are eagerly awaiting your visit so they can listen to your requirements and bring them to life. Even if you don’t know what you’re looking for in terms of design just yet, the architects present at the Expo are only a couple of stalls away from where you’ll be standing.
Is the Expo only for house-hunters?
Perhaps you’re no longer looking to buy a house, an apartment or commercial space, but you need a few fittings or steel supplies for the newly built property you already own. Look no further than Melwire, the official steel partner of the Real Estate Expo, who will also be showcasing their products and projects.
Urban Development
Sri Lanka has experienced a surge in urban development in recent years. To elaborate on this, The Urban Development Authority has agreed to present to Real Estate Expo visitors, painting a picture of the buzz around new developments on the island. AVIC will also deliver a comprehensive presentation at the event, giving an overview of Sri Lanka’s real estate market. Investors won’t want to miss it!
Mortgage Providers
Those who are looking for home loans, mortgages or leases will also find something for them at the Expo. Nations Trust Bank has generously agreed to be the official banking partner of the Lamudi-AVIC Real Estate Expo and they will be present at the event, welcoming the public, giving information and encouraging them explore their offers.
