Amabalangoda defeated Negombo by 4-0.  W. A. Sandaruwan scored 3 goals in the 34^th, 52^nd, 78^th minutes and W.W. Avishka scored a goal in 65^th minute for Ambalangoda.

W.S.R. Fernando received a yellow card for Negombo.

Gampola Vs Jaffna (0-4)

Jaffna defeated Gampola by 4-0. Goals were scored by P. Abinesh (40^th minute), R. Reamson (57^th minute), R. Shanthan (71^st minute) and J. Thillaikanthan (76^th minute) for Jaffna.
