Under 17 Inter Schools – Ranjith Rodrigo Challenge Trophy
Seevalie Central College of Ratnapura crowned as Champion of the Ranjith Rodrigo Challenge Trophy for U-17 Inter Schools by defeating Batugedara Maha Vidyalaya by 2-1 on the 25th October 2016 at Ratnapura Municipal Grounds.
This tournament was conducted by Ratnapura Football League and a total of 8 schools took part in this colorful competition.
Ranjith Rodrigo, the former President of FFSL and the current chairman of Finance and Media Committees of Football Federation of Sri Lanka (FFSL) is the proud sponsor of this tournament by providing trophy and prize money.
Mr. Ranjith Rodrigo is also the Vice President of South Asian Football Federation.
