Textrip on to winning streak at CNCI Awards Ceremony with Silver and Bronze Awards

Textrip [Pvt] Ltd, a subsidiary of the Elasto Group of Companies which has a proud history of over 70 years in the rubber industry, won the Bronze Award of National Level [Large Category- Manufacturing Sector] and Silver Award of Provincial Level [Large Category- Manufacturing Sector] at the ‘CNCI Achievers Award 2019 for Achiever of Industrial Excellence’ organized by the Ceylon National Chamber of Industries. Textrip Managing Director Mangala Gunasekera received the prestigious Silver and Bronze Awards at the gala event held at Galadari Hotel, Colombo. The Elasto Group of Companies was incorporated by the renown philanthropist late Eng. Donald Gunasekera with his brother late Wilson Gunasekera.  The duo brought the companies to the pinnacle of Sri Lankan economic lands scape to make Elasto a household name.  R&D work was at the core of Elasto Group and in consequence the Texstretch Progressive Resistance band became the rightful prodigy under Textrip [Pvt] Ltd.

Texstretch the world famous brand under which the product portfolio of Textrip [Pvt] Ltd.,  has now invaded 27 Countries in the world from USA, Europe, Pacific Rim Countries with newest members are now joining to the list. In addition to the Resistance bands Textrip does manufacture and supply baby cot sheet, mackintosh, and range other rubber products.Textrip is in the business of manufacturing polymer equipment for leading brands of the world. And therefore it has come continuously for plaudits by way of recognition showered upon it by various institutions and trade chambers with Textrip bagging six awards of high reckoning so far; the last being the  receipt of two awards  referred to above at the hotel Galadari.  Textrip is in the forefront of CSR activities by taking Wellness Awareness Programme to the door steps of the health and/or sports savvy.
