Amãna Takaful Selects GrayMatter’s Insurance Analytics (IA+)
Top insurer Amãna Takaful PLC recently announced its decision to partner with GrayMatter’s Insurance Analytics (IA+) to execute its Business Analytics programme across all Life and Non-Life Insurance businesses in Colombo. This partnership is in line with Amãna Takaful’s strategy to develop a strong analytics culture to gain market share, enhance the customer experience and improve operational efficiency. Increasingly the role of analytics has become a key driver of business growth as per global trends across insurance industries in developing and developed economies.
The Insurance Analytics (IA+) Solution from GrayMatter has been successfully implemented worldwide by global customers like AIA Bhd. Malaysia which has over 17,000+ users across its sales and distribution channel. The project atprogramme for Amãna Takaful includes a role based dashboard, ad-hoc analysis and sales activity management apps for Life and General insurance businesses. Global Business Counselling (GBC) a Sri Lanka and Singapore based consulting firm was instrumental in establishing a business fit between the ATL and GrayMatter teams to create a win-win collaboration.
