Classic Travel obtains ISO 22301 to ensure business continuity.
In the context of the operations of businesses facing increasing threats from unforeseen developments, Classic Travel, the only travel agent in Sri Lanka to be open 24 hours and 365 days, recently obtained the ‘ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System’ certification to ensure uninterrupted services to its traveling customers.
The ISO 22301 system is designed to help organisations around the world identify and prioritize threats, and to protect them from the impacts of business disruptions. Effective protection is achieved by following established methodologies such as the Business Continuity concepts, Good Practice Guidelines and/or international standards, which provide a predetermined level of operation during a crisis.
