Free Health And Welness Camps From Flora
Flora, recognized as a healthier spread for bread with the goodness of sunflower and canola oil, which is also rich in Omega 3 & 6 has consistently maintained a strong commitment towards empowering people to stay healthier. Flora recently initiated a series of health camps that gave everyone the opportunity to have themselves evaluated and guided towards leading healthy lifestyles.
Flora’s health camps were held at Raddolugama Housing Scheme, Bambalapitiya Flats , Zoysapura Flats,Arpico Car Park Wattala and Arpico Car Park Piliyandala on the 08th, 15th 22ndFebruary, 1st March and 8th March ; free health check ups were held byprofessional hospital bodies, while Abans held healthy cooking demonstrations with Philips airfryers. Zumba sessions to get the visitors going was conducted by US certified Zumba instructor Darshan of Zumba Fitness. Close to 4000 people eagerly attended the camp, showing a tremendous interest in adapting a healthy lifestyle, says Ms Shamara de Silva Category Head Food at Unilever Sri Lanka.
At the health camp, Flora engaged with the people by enrolling them in the quiz and 21 day health challenge while Flora’s nutritionists were at hand to answer queries and provide guidance on healthy living.
