CORAL Plus Colombo 04

Coral Holdings unveiled its supper luxury apartment complex in one of the fastest developing road in Colombo towards down south, “Marine Drive” Colombo 04 on the 29th of May2016 at a ceremonial launch at the Global Tower in Colombo 06 to commemorate the opening.

The event was held under the patronage of Hon Minister of Justice of Democratic socialist republic of Sri Lanka WijeyadasaRajapakshe& Leader of opposition Democratic socialist republic of Sri Lanka Hon R.Sampanthan graced the event.

Coral Holdings is one of the leading Property Developers in the country with the base in Colombo having establishedinitially under the name ’Coral Construction (Pvt) Ltd.” in the year 2003. During the past 13 years, it involved actively in acquiring, developing and managing residential and business complexes of different magnitudes.

Past experience in the industry of the companyprompted Coral Manaement to have an energetic in house team of construction personnel comprising Engineers of various disciplines, architect, lawyer, auditor etc.to take forward the activities more efficiently.
