Cyberoam’s Inner Circle grows bigger in its second edition at Lonavala
Cyberoam, a Sophos company and a leading global provider of network security appliances recently concluded the second edition of its Inner Circle at Della Adventure Park, Lonavala. The two day event (Aug. 21 – Aug. 22, 2015) was attended by more than 80 CIOs and IT security C-suite executives from leading private and public organizations of India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
The event which aims to build a community of technology specialists and IT security practitioners in India, has become popular by drawing a streak of fun and recreation amidst its otherwise serious discussions and informative sessions. IT veterans from National Institute of Design, Jabong.com, and Axis Capital were amongst the high profile attendees at the event. At previous events Inner Circle has attracted C-suite executives from organizations such as VIP Industries, HPCL, Cipla, ICICI securities, JNU and more.
Mr. Hemal Patel, chief executive officer of Cyberoam and senior vice president of IT and operations at Sophos, gave a company overview and its roadmap to success; Mr. Patel was followed by Mr. Stuart Fisher, regional vice president & managing director, Asia Pacific, at Sophos and Mr. Anthony Merry, director product management and data protection, ESG at Sophos gave insight to next generation protection from Sophos.
Mr. Kanwal K. Mookhey, a renowned expert in the field of information risk management took the thought provoking key note session and Mr. Sunil Sharma, vice president of sales & operations, India and SAARC at Cyberoam concluded by captivating the audience with his session on mastering leadership through the Leadership Quotient.
Towards the end of day, the performance by rock band RAAHIE was thoroughly enjoyed by attendees.
