ikman.lk educates clients on the online industry via breakfast meetings
ikman.lk has commenced a series of breakfast meetings for it’s corporate, small and medium clients in a bid to educate them on how to use online marketing effectively in a digital age and strategy innovation.
ikman’s banner sales team organizes these meetings, which feature both a traditional and western breakfast menu for it’s corporate clients, advertising and media agencies. ikman’s category management division also adopts the same approach for small and medium organizations, mainly vehicle dealers, real estate agents and job agents.
The presentation made to these clients offers a variety of information in the online marketing industry as a whole, including a special focus on how to take a qualitative approach when evaluating website statistics, without simply focusing on numbers. It also features several best practices in online marketing, such as the need to recognize the online marketing space as a unique platform and approach it accordingly and the need to understand client goals and objectives before embarking on an online campaign.
Speaking about the idea behind breakfast meetings Mr. Stefan Beekmeyer, Director Marketing & Sales, of ikman.lk said, “These meetings have also helped us get our value proposition across to our clients, while the one on one interaction post breakfast has served to build closer relationships with them. This also given us an opportunity to showcase our new office comprising of over 200 staff located in Town Hall, while allowing our clients to ask questions and get clarifications on our services.”
Given the success of these breakfast meetings, ikman.lk has plans to expand this offering to several of its other clients as well, and given that today’s corporates are on the look out for a better understanding of the online marketing functionality ikman.lk is keen on positioning themselves as a key information provider to the industry.
