The curated index will evaluate, prepare and inform participants of tools that will help them effectively manage and assimilate into the modern marketplace to overcome the challenges businesses face with automation, artificial intelligence, and big data.
The launch of the Digital Readiness Index, Developed by IQ Global, and validated by the University of Kelaniya, will be the first of its kind in the region. Innovation and digital readiness has been a dormant concept for most organizations in the region, with most resting on their established laurels for decades. In more developed corners of the globe, indexes have already been established to gauge innovation and digital readiness, and have therefore acted on those indications to tackle the digital paradigm shift we currently find ourselves in.
Using the statistics and analyses derived from the Sri Lanka Digital Readiness Index, tailored sessions will focus on the change in traditional business development and marketing processes and discuss how realtime consumer insights and data-driven, personalized needs fulfillment are impacting the fundamental delivery of goods and services to futureproof businesses and seamlessly transition into the digital space.
This tool by Sri Lanka’s only business design company, encompasses many of the concepts that revolve around future proofing a business and adapting to the landscapes of specific industries, brings together the key elements of Business Design, Technology Design and People Design in an inquiry that will delve into less tangible artifacts such as business process models that will highlight and showcase the 50 leading Digital Ready companies in the region, with verified results to show. The Sri Lanka Digital Readiness Index is now available to all business entities across the island and can be accessed via the IQ Global website.
