SLIM collaborates with VoiceD as Strategic Partner for Professional and Skills Development with Certificate of Direct Sales & Network Marketing
The National body for Marketing in Sri Lanka, SLIM, teamed up with VoiceD Marketing Services, a giant in the Direct Marketing Industry in Sri Lanka to provide in-house training for professional and skills development on sales and marketing, with the Certificate of Direct Sales & Network Marketing for the staff of VoiceD. This alliance between the two prominent Marketing organizations was made official on recently, with the participation of Mr Sanath Senanayake, CEO/ED – SLIM, Ms. Mihirinie Fonseka, AGM – Business Development – SLIM, Mr. Asanka Seneviratne, Manager – Corporate Sales – SLIM, Mr. Nadeeka Hettiarachchi, Director/CEO– VoiceD, Mr. Tharindu Bandaranayake CCO – VoiceD and Ms. Nishani Silva, Assistant Manager – HR – VoiceD.
This significant collaboration will present the VoiceD staff with the Certificate of Direct Sales & Network Marketing, which is tailor made for the Direct Marketing industry, designed to provide professional knowledge for the sales teams to improve their understanding of sales and enhance their performance to be in the forefront of today’s competitive sales culture. This strategic partnership was initiated with the intention of providing an exclusive professional Marketing qualification to the VoiceD staff members to further their professional growth and particularly of the organization’s sales force.
President of SLIM, Mr. Roshan Fernando highlighted the necessity to empower the professional marketers and revive the Lankan economy amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. He iterated that, “The Covid 19 crisis has affected the marketing industry globally, bringing about negative impact as well as changing trends in the market. It is therefore, necessary to understand and cater to the changing patterns in the industry to keep the economy of our country afloat.
