Most people struggle to achieve success, while some seem to achieve it with little effort. The “Flying Penguin” presents a surefire path to success that can be followed by anyone, including those striving to reach new vistas in their corporate careers. Dr. Jinadasa has already presented his unique book to the US media, no less, at the National Publicity Summit in New York in October and has since been invited to write articles for several renowned publications and to participate in six major talk shows on business and personal empowerment.
“We are very proud to have Dr. Asoka Jinadasa, an Honorary Member of IPM publishing a book on a very timely topic and winning international recognition for such a groundbreaking book on personal development. “Flying Penguin” reveals a compelling and successful path that can be followed by anyone to achieve personal as well as corporate goals and be successful” said Rohitha Amarapala, President-IPM Sri Lanka explaining the reasons as to why IPM has organized the local launch of Flying Penguin.
Published by Partridge Singapore and containing 132 online references, Flying Penguin has been acclaimed as probably the most comprehensive self-coaching book ever written. It uses a six-dimensional model to explain in simple terms how anyone can reach the highest levels of success by unleashing the vast inborn human potential sleeping within every person. The six dimensions of success consist of and are symbolized by Heart, Mind, Body, Passion, Focus and Health.
By developing competencies associated with each of these core areas, anyone can unleash their full inborn potential and achieve the highest level of success in any field of endeavor. Flying Penguin presents a simple mix of practical concepts and techniques drawn from diverse sources such as Oriental martial arts, Tibetan rites and Himalayan wisdom, combined with the latest research in neuroscience, genetics, behavioral psychology, nutrition and healthcare.
Flying Penguin has received rave reviews that include: “An intoxicating cocktail of modern science and ancient wisdom that can redesign our life”; “If you aspire to achieve greatness and happiness, this is the blueprint – A must read”; “A book for every CEO, every manager and every employee on boosting individual and corporate performance”; “A comprehensive self-coaching book, explained in simple terms with the thoroughness of research” and “Finally a comprehensive and practical book with a hands-on approach to human capital development”.
Explaining the relevance of the title Flying Penguin, Dr. Jinadasa said “Emperor penguins that normally waddle along shoot up from the water about four or five feet in the air to land on the ice at a higher level, when threatened by a predatory leopard seal lurking under the ice. Humans also fly beyond the limitations of their day-to-day lives, under life-threatening circumstances. Both penguins and humans thus discover their wings when faced with critical danger. As the inscription at the Delphi Oracle in ancient Greece states: In you is hidden the treasure of treasures; Know yourself and you will know the Universe and the Gods. Flying Penguin provides simple ways to discover the treasure hidden within all of us for flying beyond the limitations of everyday life”.
Printed copies of Flying Penguin are available from bookshops such as Vijitha Yapa, and the e-book can be downloaded from Amazon.com
