Hameedia dresses Mr. England with an exclusive collection from Envoy London
Hameedia’s premium brand Envoy London recently provided the finalists of the Mr. England competitionwith stylish,specially-designed attire for the grand finale of the pageant. The Mr. & Miss. England competitions were held at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry in the UK, and the Mr. England finalists, took to the runway in an exclusive range of specially designed ceremonial suitsfrom the Envoy London collection. Hameedia also presented the winner of the Mr. England pageantwith an exquisitely tailored wardrobe.
The winners of both the Mr. & Miss. England pageants will be hosted to a holiday in Sri Lanka, by Cinnamon Hotels &Resorts – the official hospitality partner of the event. The Envoy London ceremonial collection that Hameedia showcased at the finale, featured three unique looks and styles, and was tailored in high quality fabrics in hues of navy, black and grey. The work of Sri Lankan designer Sonali Dharmawardena was also featured at the show and other partners included BeCandy Clothing, Mon Cheri and Billion Dollar Smile Cosmetics.

The Miss. England pageant began in 1928 and the Mr. England arm of the competition first commenced in 1996. The competition not only recognizes the physical attributes of participants, but also aims to make an impact through the ‘Beauty With a Purpose’ campaign, which raises funds for various charities through the competition. The Miss Eco contest was also held as part of the event and is an initiative which was started in 2009 by We Do Ethical Fashion – a not for profit organization that is committed to raising awareness about the importance of ethical fashion through a series of engaging initiatives and events.
