CA Sri Lanka to sign MoUwith CIPFA to strengthen public financial management
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in February with the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) to strengthen public financial management in Sri Lanka.
The MoU will pave way for the two institutes to develop a framework to work in collaboration to improve the governance of public finance within the country and help improve the training and development in the accountancy profession.
The agreement will also open doors to obtain CIPFA membership and professional development opportunities for CA Sri Lanka members.
