Ceylinco Life policyholder families on ‘Family Savari’ in China
Ten Sri Lankan families brought together by their life insurer Ceylinco Life spent four days in China recently, courtesy of the life insurance leader’s ‘Family Savari’ mega promotion.
This was the third batch of Ceylinco Life policyholder families to travel overseas this year under the 12th edition of this promotion. Comprising of 40 people, the group experienced some of the iconic attractions of the destination, including the Great Wall of China, photo opportunities at the Water Cube and Birds Nest, an Acrobatic Show with upgraded seats at the Chaoyang Theatre, the Forbidden City and Pearl Market. Popular actor Sriyantha Mendis, one of four celebrity Family Savari brand ambassadors, accompanied the group.
Two other groups of policyholder families had already visited Sydney and Singapore tour under the Family Savari programme this year.
Winners of the 2018-19 Family Savari promotion comprised of the five families that won a holiday in Australia, the 50 families that won a visit to Singapore, the 10 families that toured China, 500 families selected for a full day of fun and frolic at the Leisure World theme park later this year, and another 15 families that received hotel stays in Sri Lanka.
Conducted annually since 2006, the Ceylinco Life Family Savari promotion is intended to increase the penetration of life insurance and to reward policyholders for keeping their policies active. All active long term Ceylinco Life policyholders, holders of Ceylinco Life Retirement Plans and new policyholders who purchase a policy, pay three months’ premium and keep their policies active are eligible to win these holidays.
