“Already there are Certified HR Auditors who are working with and for CIPM in our many consultancy assignments with private and public sector customers. This will help CIPM to propagate this concept of HR Audit and its benefits to other companies throughout Sri Lanka thereby raising the standards of HR. HR Audit improves the HR practices and is a concept in human resource development.” he added.
“HR Audit is a health check for HR strategies to assess whether these are properly aligned with the goals and objectives of the business. Furthermore, correct HR practices can help in deploying technology to maximize benefits for all stakeholders in the organization. HR Audit is not only about HR strategies but also covers people practices, leadership styles, and culture, amongst others, to understand, enhance and align HR strategies with business goals” said Ms. Nandini Chawla-CEO of TVRLS and lead facilitator of the programme.
