Commercial Bank upgrades its Pelawatte Branch
The Commercial Bank of Ceylon has upgraded and relocated its Supermarket Banking Unit in Pelawatte in response to growing demand for a full-service branch in the area.
The new stand alone, fully-fledged branch at No. 730/A, Pannipitiya Road, Pelawatte, Battaramulla, will be open from 10am to 5pm on weekdays, and from 9am to 1.30pm on Saturdays, the Bank said.
The new branch features an Automated Banking Centre that enables customers carry out banking transactions at their convenience 24×7. It is equipped with a cheque deposit machine, a machine to conduct online banking transactions, an automated teller machine for cash withdrawals at any time, and a cash deposit machine.
The relocated and upgraded branch was declared open by the Bank’s Chairman Mr Dharma Dheerasinghe (centre) flanked by Managing Director Mr S Renganathan (left) and Chief Operating Officer Mr Sanath Manatunge (right).
