Bush, the Global CEO of Great Place to Work, shedding light on the ethos of a FOR ALL™ Leader. The spotlight will then turn to Krishan Balendra, Chairperson and CEO of John Keells Holdings PLC, delving into the transformation journey from “Good to Great.”
The conference will next go into a series of breakout sessions, where the attendees will have the privilege of learning from the expertise of Prasenjit Bhattacharya, the Co-Founder & CEO, and Dalreen Patrao, the Director of the Great Manager Institute, as they share their knowledge on the science behind people management. Simultaneously, Ashok Thussu, Director & Co-Master Licensee of LMI South Asia, will provide strategies on ‘Unlocking Human Potential’.
