HNB Ratmalana Customer Centre relocates to new facility
Catering to a growing customer base in the Ratmalana area, HNB PLC, ceremonially opened its newly relocated Ratmalana Customer Centre at No. 124, Galle Road, Kaldemulla, Moratuwa this week.
Open for business every weekday from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m., the bank’s spacious new premises will feature a complete spectrum of banking products and services. The state-of-the-art customer centre is designed to provide a new paradigm in banking convenience for customers in Ratmalana and its vicinity.
The customer centre was inaugurated by HNB Managing Director and CEO, Jonathan Alles, who was joined by Guest of Honour, Assistant Superintendent of Police, Mt- Lavinia, Senaka Ratwatte as well as representatives from the bank’s corporate management including HNB Deputy General Manager, Retail Banking, Sanjay Wijemanne, HNB Deputy General Manager, SME & Midmarket, Jude Fernando and Head of Network Management, Vinodh Fernando.

With the establishment of a new branch, HNB will look to further enhance our relationships with each of these vibrant customer segments and serve as a partner in their continuing progress,” HNB Managing Director/CEO Jonathan Alles stated.
