HNB steps up as official banker to APLA
A unique retail banking package to Associated Professional Lecturers’ Association (APLA) as the official banking partner to offer members a host of benefits and access to digital service.
The one of a kind partnership for both parties, offers APLA members attractive benefits and special interest rates for all of HNB’s retail products including housing and personal loans, leasing facilities, credit cards and all Rupee and foreign currency account.
The memorandum of understanding between the two parties was signed in the presence of HNB Executive Director/ Chief Operating Officer, Dilshan Rodrigo, HNB Deputy General Manager- Retail & SME Banking, Sanjay Wijemanne, HNB Head of Personal Financial Services, Kanchana Karunagama, APLA President Dr. Amith Pussella, APLA Secretary Kamal Priyankara and APLA Deputy Treasurer Chandika Jeewantha at HNB Towers recently.
HNB is also set to issue an affinity credit card for all APLA members in the future in addition to offering a range of digital services such as HNB SOLO and HNB MOMO. The 3,300 members scattered across the island can contact the nearest HNB Customer Centre for further details.
