Piling work for John Keells Properties’ TRI-ZEN completes ahead of schedule
John Keells Properties has announced that the piling work for its newest residential development TRI-ZEN, has officially been completed. The process, which began following the ground-breaking on 25 January 2019, finished up an entire month and a half ahead of schedule.

China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd (CSCEC) is the contractor for this groundbreaking residential project and pilling work of the project was done by D P Jayasinghe Piling (Pvt) Ltd. The high-capacity machinery employed by D P Jayasinghe Piling, and the combined engineering expertise of John Keells Properties and China State Construction Engineering together enabled the acceleration of the operation.
