Union Assurance Staff ‘Shines Like Diamonds’ at Year-end Ball
Shine Like a Diamond, the year-end celebration of Union Assurance, was held recently at the BMICH Colombo, where the Union Assurance family gathered to be enthralled by the memorable night of fun.
The Chief Executive Officer of Union Assurance, Jude Gomes, praised the staff for their exceptional performance over the years, which has earned them the crown of ‘Shine Like a Diamond’. He noted that the Team proved their fortitude despite operating in a very challenging year.
He stated, “Our champions have propelled Union Assurance to new heights, scripting many noteworthy landmarks along the journey. I’m extremely proud and inspired by their performance.”
“UA Ball signifies the employee value proposition of the company and its unique culture. It is special as we have had long breaks of working remotely mostly for the last couple of years,” stated Imtiyaz Aniff, the Chief People Officer of Union Assurance.
