HUAWEI launches world’s first Under-Display Camera phone NOVA 4
Concluding a successful year, HUAWEI has set out to promote the latest innovation in its NOVA smartphones series; NOVA4. NOVA4 was officially launched on 17th December internationally, brightening up the seasonal joy with striking revolutionary features of the new device. Based on the first reviews by the media and blogs, the reveal has surprised the industry.
Touting its revolutionary under-display camera technology, HUAWEI NOVA4 has pushed the limit of bezel-less design with its world’s smallest 25MP in-display selfie camera that takes up less space as ever on the screen. In addition, NOVA4 demonstrates an increased screen ratio for display. The screen-to-body ratio of 86.3% has apparently not taken away the feature performance of the camera.
Another striking feature of the device is presented as the Triple rear camera with ultra-wide angle feature. In its official Weibo account, HUAWEI has focused on its ultra-wide angle feature, combining the 48MP+16MP+2MP triple rear cameras into a sophisticated smart photography device that allows for an image capture that stretches across 117 degrees.
Other standouts of the NOVA4 series include thelarge 6.4-inch IPS LCD fullview display and an edge-to-edge screen. With these impeccable aesthetics, NOVA4 offers the maximum “Screen experience” to its users. The smartphone is powered by the powerfulKirin 970 chipset with 8GB RAM and an ample internal storage of 128GB. Besides supported by GPU Turbo acceleration for optimal gaming experience, NOVA 4 also holds a 3,750mAh battery with 18W fast charging function.
The phone is installed with HUAWEI’s latest operating version, EMUI 9.0, which promises to boost the performance of the NOVA 4 device in significant ways, including AI stabilizer, HDR Pro, AI video recording with individual spotlight reel, customized caller ID and live call image beautification. Introducing HUAWEI’s latest AI features, with a simple scan of the phone, the HiVision of NOVA 4 is able to bring multiple AI experience through scene and object recognition, including AI Shopping, AI Calories and more. HUAWEI NOVA4 is set to arrive in Sri Lanka in thefuture.
