Huawei ramps up after Sales Service for Sri Lankan Consumers
Expands island wide Service Centers and Collection Points
Huawei, the number one growing smartphone brand in Sri Lanka continues to enhance its customer-focus, through the expansion of Huawei Service Centres and Collection Points. To date, Huawei operates seven service centres located in all the major cities in Sri Lanka covering Colombo, Kandy, Galle, Matara, Anuradhapura, Batticaloa and Jaffna.
Huawei Service Centres are designed to offer services such as smartphone and tablet repairs, maintenance and warranty services and also allow consumers to purchase Huawei branded accessories during the New Year Season. Consumers will also be enlightened with the best of the technology knowledge related to their Huawei products and gain advice from proficient and qualified staff members who are specially trained from Huawei Head Office.
The company also has over 380 collection points at strategic locations throughout the country with the aim of ensuring a quality after sales service for its loyal customers. These collection points provide a more convenient location for customers to drop off and pick up their Huawei smartphones and tablets which require after-sales service and are particularly helpful for those who cannot travel to one of the main Huawei Service Centres.

Huawei Sri Lanka’s Service Centre can be reached on 0112423017 and is opened weekdays from 9am to 6pm, Saturdays from 9am to 1pm. The hotline would assist in indentifying the nearest collection point in the event a customer is unable to travel to one of the Service centres. In line with their marketing and expansion strategies, Huawei has been aggressively introducing its Service Centres to allow the general public with the opportunity to reach out to the company easily through the customer’s nearest touch point.
