Microsoft Partner Awards Recognize Best Performing Partners
Microsoft Sri Lanka held its Partner Recognition Awards recently under the patronage of Hon. Ravi Karunanayake, Minister of Finance at the Waters Edge in Battaramulla. The Microsoft Partner Awards are held annually to recognize the performance and contribution made by partners in Sri Lanka and Maldives.
Over one hundred Microsoft partners from both Sri Lanka and Maldives participated at the Awards Night with 14 partners being recognized for their performance over the past year. H-One (Pvt) Ltd won two awards for Best Microsoft Office365 Partner in Enterprise and Best Microsoft Large Account Reseller, while Sanje Lanka (Pvt) Ltd was awarded best Microsoft Partner in Education as well as best Microsoft Office365 Partner in the SMB Space.
The Best Microsoft Managed Partner Open award was received by System Integrators (Pvt) Ltd and Tech One Global (Pvt) Ltd was recognized as the Best Microsoft Distributor. The award for Best Microsoft Dynamics Partner was received by Jinasena Infotech (Pvt) Ltd, while the award for Best Microsoft Distributor was received by COEM & FPP Trident Corporation (Pvt) Ltd. Metropolitan Office (Pvt) Ltd was recognized as the Best Microsoft COEM & FPP Reseller.
The Microsoft Cloud business in FY16 special recognition award for Best Cloud Solution Partner was awarded to Infront Consulting Group (Pvt) Ltd, while Millennium Information Technologies (Pvt) Ltd took home the title of Best Microsoft Azure Partner in Enterprise for Microsoft Cloud business in FY16.
The award for Best Microsoft Partner in Maldives was received by Maxcom Technologies (Pvt) Ltd and the award for Best Microsoft Reseller of the Year went to Megachip Electronics (Pvt) Ltd.

Dr. VinyaAriyaratne, General Secretary of Sarvodaya Fusion and Michelle Simmons, General Manager, Southeast Asia New Markets, Microsoft Asia Pacific addressed the gathering and congratulated the partners for their efforts to increase ICT adoption in the country.The on-going efforts to change the ICT landscape have been successful and in the process, Microsoft Sri Lanka has been able to impact small and large enterprises as well as individual users of technology. Keeping in line with Microsoft’smission to enable to enable every individual and organisation on the planet to achieve more, Microsoft continues to work with its partner community to grow our national productivity and deliver the most trusted technology. Microsoft Sri Lanka has invested time and effort to help their partners be updated with the skills and technologies through training programs and constant dissemination of information to help all Sri Lankans achieve more.
